It appears there were multiple outages on Friday 31st January and over the weekend. These should all now be resolved. Gamma issued an update at 8:27 on 02/02/2020 to say:
Full fibre resiliency has been restored and the Horizon UMS server (Col-laborate chat/presence) was restarted overnight. All services should now be functioning as expected.
