At IT3000 we can provide you with all forms of connectivity.

Solutions

Voice Lines

  • Wholesale Line Rental

We partner with line providers so that we can manage your traditional phone lines, whether analogue or ISDN. This will mean that you can have one provider for telecoms and IT.

  • VoIP and SIP

VoIP and SIP trunks have seen a huge take up in recent years as poor voice quality is now a thing of the past.

  • SIP Trunks

SIP trunking technology is a direct replacement for traditional ISDN, offering a more flexible and lower cost alternative for inbound and outbound voice call traffic.

Solutions

Internet Lines

  • What is fibre broadband?

Fibre broadband differs from traditional ADSL solutions by using plastic or glass cables rather than copper wires to allow for faster data transfer speeds.

  • What is the difference between FTTC and FTTP?

FTTC, or ‘fibre to the cabinet’, broadband uses a full fibre optic connection from provider to the cabinet, and then copper wire from there to your premises. FFTP means ‘fibre to the premises’ and, rather than reach your premises via the cabinet, FTTP travels directly from your internet provider.

  • What is a leased line?

Both fibre broadband and a leased line provide internet to a premises using plastic or glass cables. However a leased line is a dedicated connection between your premises and the local exchange. This means that it provides fixed bandwidth, identical upload and download speeds and is not subject to contention with other users, unlike FTTC or FTTP solutions.
